This necklace features a pear-shaped frame dangling below a tapered and polished teardrop bail. The top half of the frame is accented in petite graduating diamonds, followed by two round topaz gemstones, and then five oval cut topaz gems that become larger towards the center. The topaz have black rhodium-platted prongs and the center gem is accented by a petite diamond on both sides.
